Collaborations

Jogralesca brings together musicians with experience in the

areas of "Early Music" (Middle Ages and the Renaissance)

and traditional music. The group was born in 2005 with the

specific purpose of performing in the context of historical

recreations, thus participated in medieval fairs, tournaments

and other events in various regions of the country.

Performing on replicas of the instruments used in these eras (cítola, rebeca, lutes, flutes, bagpipes, shawms, bagpipes, drums, and percussions) the group presents music composed and played during the historical periods

the events refer to.
